Mode of Administration:

Boil 3 cups of water and 1 cup milk (5 grams (1 teaspoon of decoction) until it reduces to 1 cup filter and take on an empthy stomach in the morning and one hour before dinner.

Dosage:

1-2 tab twice a day in the morning & evening in empty stomach with milk/ lukewarm water.
Prohibitions:
Avoid ghee, oil, fried food, heavy & fast food & preparations of fine flour (maida), Bowels should be clear i.e. there should be no constipation.
